What types of contact lenses are available?

There are two main types, soft lenses and hard lenses.
Soft lenses are available in daily, two-weekly, monthly yearly and the new 30-day continuous wear lenses.

Can I sleep in my contact lenses?

No, unless you have the new continuous wear lenses designed for overnight wear. Sleeping in the wrong type of lenses can lead to infection or damage to the eye.
